WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

1. Shipping Destinations:

We proudly ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

2. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after placement on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines:

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders. Delivery times commence from the date your order is shipped.

Please Note:

• These times are estimates and do not include order processing time.

• Delivery may be subject to delays in customs clearance, for which we are not responsible.

WHERE DOES LUVOR DELIVER?

U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
